How do I get started with the app?

Have you LIME Mobility set up on the server and want to get with the app? Continue reading :)

If not, read here what it takes to start using the LIME-app

You should have received a web address, if you don't know, please contact your IT or contact us.

When you have the address, enter it into your browser on your phone/tablet

You should see this login page

Use the same login with the same information as in LIME Easy on your computer.

If you don't login with a password in LIME Easy you need to set one before logging in to the web app .

To set password: Open LIME Easy and go to Edit> Preferences > Other> Set  . Click the Insert button to change the default password .

Problems?

  • Make sure you have the right to use the web app. Contact your LIME Easy administrator to activate the proper right. He/she then changes this by going to View > Employees > [ key icon ] in LIME Easy and select Use mobile client.
  • Your network can be configured so that the web app doesn't work if you are connected to your local wireless network. Over the mobile network then it should just fine .
